Sylvia Milo
Originally from Warsaw, Poland, Sylvia is a graduate of New York University and the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. In New York she has performed at such theaters as the Flea, La Mama, Ontological-Hysteric, Theatre For the New City, and Dixon Place. Among her favorite stage roles: Hamlet in “Hamlet” – an all-female version of the play, which she adapted and directed herself; Sylwia in “Seating Arrangements”- co-written by Sylvia, directed by Eric Pold of Gob Squad; and Nannerl in “The Other Mozart” – her one woman show. Sylvia is also a violinist (CBGB’s, The Knitting Factory, Joe’s Pub) and a composer.
She will be visible on DIVA 2013 in “The other Mozart”. First Showing.
